Refund and Return policy
At Snooluu, we want you to shop with confidence. While most of our items are final sale, we’ve got you covered if something goes wrong. Please take a moment to read our refund and return guidelines below:
1. When You’re Eligible
We accept refund or reship requests only if your order is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong color, model, size, or item)
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your package.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please send us:
- A clear photo or video showing the issue
- The shipping label
Once we confirm, you can choose either:
- A refund, or
- A free replacement
3. Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking hasn’t updated for 45 days, we’ll treat the order as lost. You’ll receive a full refund once we verify with the carrier.
4. Important Notes
- Wrong address or unclaimed packages: If the address entered at checkout is incorrect or the package goes unclaimed, we can’t issue a refund or reship.
- Change of mind: Returns for reasons like “don’t like it” or “not what I expected” aren’t accepted.
5. How to Submit a Request
Just reach out to our support team support@snooluu.com with your order details and proof of the issue. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
